First Day of School 2015

These kids were SO ready for school to start (so was this mom)! I don't know if there's much else to say that's not explained in the pictures - here you go.

These pictures were taken while waiting outside the school and I though they were just perfect of these two boys who can't sit still.

A bowling celebration

One of the things that's really awesome about being back in the midwest is that there is an abundance of bowling alleys for our nerdy pleasure. So, we decided that a little game of bowling would be the perfect activity for our last weekend before school starts. The kids all had so much fun. They have seriously improved so much just in the few times we've gone bowling. I'm so impressed and glad that they all enjoy doing something with the whole family!

This was Addie's first attempt at a real bowling throw (as opposed to the granny in-between-the-legs throw) and she did a really great job!

Dexter's attitude was what captured the attention of the other bowlers (all 3 of them) he acted everytime as if he got a strike.

Super duper unflattering - but this was the reaction of the only strike of the entire game and it was mine! I love Addie's face in the back too!
