For the longest time, Addie's favorite movie was The Rescuers Down Under. She loves animals and would get so excited whenever it showed the big bird. As a matter of fact, that's what she called it: "bu" or bird. But ever since her dad watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with her, she chooses that anytime she sees it. We're talking the old school, classic Gene Wilder movie. She loves it! The last few days she's even been asking for it by name: "bwilla bwilla". Not only does she love the bright colors and the singing and all the candy and "cocat" (chocolate) but she cheers when Willy Wonka comes out of the factory the first time. She got upset the first time she watched it when Violet turned into a blueberry, but it seems she's believed us that she was ok because she's fine with that part now.
We definitely have some interesting children. They are not boring, that's for sure. This morning when Addie was throwing a fit because she wanted to pick up the baby but he was still asleep, he slept through the whole tantrum and when she finally got distracted by something else he had the biggest smile on his face but was still fast asleep. Goofy kids.
She sure loves her brother.

Your children are ADORABLE!!
I love that she loves Willy Wonka. I am pretty sure Jack would be scared of that. His sweet soul gets scared pretty easily.
Addie and Andres are just adorable together. How fun to have those pictures of them together.
Absolutely adorable!! I'm so glad that we get to visit via video chat. what in the world did grandmas use to do???? Your children are not dull because their parents were not dull. Dull will never describe a Gonzalez nor Dexter!
Too cute! Addie and Andres are just adorable!
