She kept wanting to just dive right in and I had to stop her from injuring herself several times. This is why her clothes came off. This is also why I ended up in up to my waist. But it really was very refreshing. See the redness in her legs - that's all from the cold water.

After another very long ride in the car we came home and tried to entertain Addie till bedtime. We were all exhausted but the slip n slide is good fun at anytime of day!
When the kids were in bed (finally) we all settled into a fun game of Scattergories. Good family fun.
See? We did have a good time. And the further it goes back into my memory, the better it gets.

Okay, I LOVE those pictures. There are several favorites-the one with Kim walking with Addie on the leash. Then the one where you are feeding Andres and John has a funny face. Finally, the one with you saving Addie from the water.
It looks like a great trip. At least it is getting better with time. Those are the best trips because you can laugh about it.
I love the post! I thought you were more than generous in your wording! It does look like we were having a good time. I think at least we women bonded in the water. That was the best part of the trip. We will have to do a women's day next time we get together. Thanks for making me smile. We love you and miss you.
I just want to point out (not to toot my own horn) that I was smiling in all of the pictures...all of them. Yep. I had a great time on the trip to Yosemite.
Kevin - I know! That's what I thought was so funny. Everybody was doing what they do and it was a typical Gonzalez vacation (not a bad thing). I loved that the pictures caught everyone doing what they do. You usually do have a good attitude. If anyone was a party pooper, it was me...or jason.
