Bandelier National Monument

One of our first tourist stops in New Mexico was Bandelier National Monument. It was a warm day, and there was a bit of walking, but everybody did great! There are caves that you can access from ladders and we got to climb on rocks and see all sorts of fun things.

Walking along the path, there were lots of other people, but not a lot of kids. Most of the other people gave us the look like  "You're very brave for bringing ALL those kids here!" Really, ALL those kids? It's 3 people. Not even a whole handful. Anyway, they were still nice and many offered to take pictures of us. Maybe because they didn't think we should do anything like this again?

Dexter found a nice bit of shade and decided to take a rest.

This is one of the famous cave drawings that Addie and Jason were so kind enough to pose with.
