Halloween 2015

We've known our Halloween plan this year since the beginning of the year. For 2 reasons:

1. Our idea for a newborn was just too exciting to pass up.

2. It is THE year that Marty McFly goes to in Back to the Future 2.

So we have been planning, scheming, growing hair and making costumes for several months now. Here is the whole clan in front of a diner we found nearby.

Adelaide is Jennifer, Dexter is Marty, Andres is Doc Brown, Eliana is the Flux Capacitor, I'm Loraine and Jason is George.

Even though I had a baby 2 weeks before this and was not feeling particularly photo-worthy, I love these pictures and had so much fun.

Our ward party was the week before, so Eliana and I skipped that one, considering we'd been home from the hospital for less than a week. But the kids and Jason looked awesome!

As usual, I think the kids costumes were the best. Addie was upset that her hair didn't stay wavy for very long (sorry, that's what you get for having a mom that had short hair growing up and is clueless). Seriously, the cutest Marty, the coolest Doc, and the best Jennifer. Right here.

And here is the most adorable Flux Capacitor ever. 2 weeks old and rocking her costume pretty hard.

For the Trunk or Treat at church, Jason even decorated the car. Luckily, he decided to abandon the idea of making two flaming lines coming from the tires.

And the traditional carved pumpkin. The talent in this family is just oozing out of our pores.
