Yesterday was Jason's Birthday and he had a great day (his words)! He got a package from his parents full of really cool ties and it totally made his day. He now has a very impressive collection of ugly ties. Besides that, all he wanted was to go to Chic-fil-a for dinner. So we dropped Addie off with some friends and had the first hours out by ourselves in a long time. It was wonderful. Not only were we baby-free, but Jason also got a gift card from his parents, so we went to the mall and had a shopping spree! We had such a good time and Jason was able to get some shirts that would actually go along with these very hard-to-match-ties. We love you Jason and are glad you had such a good day!

Happy Birthday Jason! Glad you are expanding your ugly tie collection! I heard you guys know some of our friends over there. Rick and Bonnie Mergenthaler just moved to Iowa last summer...they used to live in our neighborhood and we miss them..hopefully you guys will enjoy lots of game nights!!!
