Random Happenings

Not very much exciting around here; we're just continuing doing what we're doing. I've made a few little dresses for Addie out of my old sweaters. This one in particular used to be Aunt Kim's and she gave it to me. I never saw it on Kim, but between me and Addie, it definitely looks better on Addie. She wears leggings under it, but she was just trying it on here and thought she looked pretty spiffy.
This is another fashion statement of our little Addie. We were getting dressed for a friend's birthday party and this is the only thing that Addie would wear. All the other little girls at the party were dressed in their frilly party outfits and then there was Addie very proud in her rather groovy get-up. Another funny story about this party: it was for one of Addie's really good friends who happens to be a boy. As we were driving to the party she was telling me that she and Jacoby were friends, and I asked her who else were her friends. She named a few, all girls, that were also going to be at the party. I told her they would be at his party too. She quite emphatically told me "NO! Just me and Coby!". I don't know if she's got a little crush, or what, but she certainly did not want to share him with any of the other girls.

Just being silly.

One of dad's Christmas presents that everyone has enjoyed. I mean, really, who doesn't enjoy having a light on their head?

Andres has started getting more adventurous with his mobility. He tries to climb onto or over whatever he can and thinks he's the coolest thing that ever learned to walk. I got this picture right after he had figured out how to climb onto the couch using his giraffe. After he got up there, he just sat there like this; so proud of what he had just done.
