Andres is 3!

Andres turned three years old!  We had a joint party with his friend Preston who turned 3 just 2 days before.

 

Andres wanted superhero cupcakes, so I made there toppers out of fondant.  I had never used fondant before and some of them turned out better than others.

Andres has been growing so much.  At his check-up he was in the 90th percentile for both height and weight.  He loves to sing ABC's and I am a Child of God.  He still loves superheroes of all sorts and he likes to paint.  His favorite colors are red, orange, and black.  He still loves milk and would live off of it if we let him.  Most amazingly, he is now fully potty trained. We had tried several times without any success.  Shortly after Jason left, Andres said he needed to go potty, but I was busy and tired of trying with no success so I told him he could go but that I couldn't help him.  He was in there for quite some time when he yelled of his success.  I still was a little wary, but he said he wanted to wear underpants so we tried it out.  He did great!  Since then he has only had a few little mishaps, but is surprising all of us with how awesome he is doing.  It's now been about 2 weeks since he's even used a pull-up and he has been dry every night since the very beginning.  Pretty impressive I'd say.  We love Andres and are so glad he's in our family!
