Andres is 6!

Andres turned 6 and we had quite a celebration. You can tell from the look on his face as he's opening his amazing gifts from his siblings:

An electric toothbrush

and Star Wars Band-aids.

And keeping with his usual, he requested a form of chocolate chip cookie for his cake. This time we made a big skillet cookie and it was delicious!

This guy is doing so great. He is really liking his Kindergarten class and we hear nothing but good things from his teacher. He's getting really good at reading and comes home singing all sorts of fun songs. He still loves all things Lego and Star Wars. We went to his 6-year check up and he is healthy in every way. And while I don't remember specific numbers, he was in the 90th percentile for weight and his height was off the chart. Basically, he's an awesome kid and we can't wait to see what he does in this next year of life!
