This has been an ongoing project pretty much since we found out we were having a boy and wanting to make thier room cute and both boyish and girlish. The room is not completely done; I still have a few finishing touches to make. But the big projects of the quilts is done. And I even made pillow cases and a valance for the window with the leftover fabric (since I've never made a quilt and I didn't know how much I needed). So here are the finished products:
I really wanted Addie's to be bright and fun, which it is but I think it turned out a little busy. But, hey, that's how you learn right? I'm still pretty proud of both of them and I like the way the room has turned out so far.
This is what I did when it was just Addie. This shows the quilt from the crib bedding which is what I used in both of thier quilts.

Very cute and talented. I was looking at this with Grandpa Bond and he was really pleased at Addie's name.

What a talent Jody! It would be so hard to make Bailey's room unisex right now...you did great!! The litle guys is getting so big:)
