Fun at the Zoo

Addie's kindergarten class was going to the zoo, and I thought it would be a fantastic idea to take the boys and meet them there.
Why did I think this was a good idea?
It might have been one of the worst ideas I've ever had.
But, know that we were moving and might not have the chance to go to the Denver Zoo again, we went.
The zoo happened to schedule the visits of 37 schools on that day.
Yes, 37.
It was ridiculously crazy.
As in, there is one way to get in for everyone, whether you're in a mini-van or a bus. So, with about 60 buses in the lane trying to turn, I could not even get into the parking lot.
So we parked a couple blocks away and walked up to the entrance.
And then we tried to find Addie and her group.
And apparently the school didn't know that I was coming. Even though I filled out the form. Yup.
I was a bit stressed.
But it ended up working out and we found her group before they saw much of anything.
And it was only moderately crazy trying to keep track of my boys while keeping up with her group of 4 girls and 2 parents.
