We are moved

At the beginning of June, we packed up all our stuff and we headed south. We had lots of people come to help us on the Colorado end. My mom and sister Taylor and brother Michael came and so did my Aunt Jodie and her son Jacob. It was so wonderful to have so much help. Especially with the cleaning part. That's my least favorite part of the whole moving process.
My mom and sister had to head back to Utah for Taylor to get ready to go into the MTC, but everybody else followed us down to Santa Fe and helped us move into our new home.
We are seriously so terrible at taking pictures, so there are none to show of this whole experience.
Jason started work a few days later and the kids and I began exploring. So far we love it here, and now that we have our heat/light blocking curtains up in the family room, we don't mind the heat so much.
Actually it hasn't been too bad so far. Most afternoons a storm rolls through and even if it only threatens to rain, the clouds do a pretty good job of cooling everything off. Plus it's a dry heat. I've never been appreciative of high humidity. And, boy are we looking forward to the winters here!
We also have had more visitors in the first few weeks than in any other time of our entire married life. And we love it! The house we're in right now is actually really well suited for visitors, so please come and visit us! Plus Santa Fe has awesome food and lots of cool stuff to see and visit. So far, we love it!
